Join us for a replay of a use case for Attrimod, a multi-2D seismic forward modelling tool extension to the RokDoc Rock Physics modelling package on March 19th 8:00AM CST or sign up to get the recording delivered to your inbox.

Seismic forward modelling plays a critical role in reservoir characterization, and having the right tools can make all the difference. Attrimod, a powerful multi-2D seismic forward modelling extension to the RokDoc Rock Physics modelling package, is designed to take scenario-based interpretation to the next level.

Attrimod enables geoscientists to construct hundreds of geological scenarios using different layer configurations, rock properties, and well data. It automates workflows to modify models based on rock physics concepts and allows users to derive attributes across all models simultaneously. These calculated attributes can then be utilized to:

  • Maximize understanding of rock property variations in field appraisal
  • Identify and characterize key areas within seismic data that match geological scenario
  • Establish interpretation guidelines for unbiased horizon mapping

To see how Attrimod fits into a comprehensive reservoir analysis workflow, explore our Reservoir Characterization solutions with RokDoc.

To showcase how Attrimod can transform seismic forward modelling, Ikon Science is hosting a live webinar featuring Dr. Alan Mur, Product Manager for RokDoc. Dr. Mur will demonstrate how Attrimod can be applied to carbonate and siliciclastic reservoirs, helping geoscientists improve decision-making and reduce uncertainty.
